Retainer Policy
Upscale Artistry receives many inquiries throughout the year and dates fill up quickly. Therefore, We require a retainer of 50% for individual services and 50% for wedding packages which will be used towards the final balance. Appointments are only confirmed and secured once Retainers and Deposits are paid and approved. Your deposit will be NON-refundable / Transferable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of event, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.
In-Studio Policy
You are on Camera! Please note all my sessions are recorded through a security system at all times.Upon booking you have agree to the terms and conditions for in studio session requirements. No extra guests will be allowed unless they are being serviced the same day. If you must bring someone who is not serviced please reach out prior to appointment for approval. 10min late grace period, after 10mins appointments are subject to cancellation.
Travel Fee
All appointments that are booked for travel will have the travel fee included with the total price. Hotel Valet will be added to final payment upon checkout or charged to the room you have provided.
Appointment request over 200 miles from my start point will require Hotel Accommodations Mileage or Airfare paid by the client in advance to secure booking.
Bridal Package FAQ’s
Client understands any changes in application or technique may result in an extended makeup session and the artist will not be responsible for timing delays. Contract alterations must be made 2 weeks prior to event date. No changes will be accepted the week or day of the event.
I strive to make every effort to ensure a specific timeline for client services is maintained. Therefore, I ask that you respect these timelines by ensuring all wedding party members receiving services arrive at or before the start time listed on the final contract. A late fee of $50 shall be assessed for each half hour extension required due to late client and/or wedding party members.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time however; you will forfeit ANY and ALL retainers and/or payments made. In the event that I am unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of deposits and services not provided.
BRIDES: You may cancel your services 30 days prior to the event; you will forfeit ANY and ALL retainers and/or payments made. If cancellation exceeds 30 days the client will be responsible for full remaining balance of the contract.
